  BCCI vice president Rajeev Shukla has reacted to the demands for canceling India vs Pakistan clash at the ICC T20 World Cup, saying that he condemns attacks on non-Kashmiri civilians in the valley but the board can’t pull out from ‘international commitment’. Shukla said that in tournaments organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC), countries could not back out of commitments that had been once made. Shukla further pointed out the need to hold terrorist organizations accountable and said that strict action needed to be taken against such outfits. " We strongly condemn the killings(J&K). Strict action should be taken against terror organizations. As far as the match (T20 WC IND vs PAK) is concerned, under ICC's international commitments you can't refuse to play against anyone. You've to play in ICC tournaments:," Rajeev Shukla said.
